New Program Aimed to Assist Former Valley Inmates Find a Job
WESLACO – A new program was launched to stop former inmates from going back to jail.
It’s called Texas Pathway to Re-Entry.
The program will help 153 local non-violent former criminals get back into the workforce.
Texas Workforce Solutions say right now they’re still deciding which employers will take part in the project.
