EDINBURG - For the first time since the days as members of the Sun Belt Conference, college basketball in Edinburg is facing a match-up with the University of New Orleans.  And not just any match-up.  Lew Hill's Vaqueros will be playing in a post-season tournament for the first time as UTRGV, and for the first time since 1981, when the school was known as Pan American University, and earned a bid to the NIT.  CHANNEL 5's Ruben Juarez reports from Edinburg on the chance to meet a former conference rival in the College Basketball Invitational.
