Weslaco Museum returning items retrieved from 1994 time capsule
WESLACO – The Weslaco Museum is asking for anyone who may have participated in donating an item in a time capsule buried in 1994 to claim it.
Different families and schools in the city participated in the time capsule. They left letters and other personal belongings.
Sheila Shidler, the executive director at the museum, says the items were damaged with water while the capsule was still underground.
