Emergency Helicopter Landing Near Falfurrias

MCALLEN – A helicopter made an emergency landing near Falfurrias. It happened this morning around 10 a.m.
The helicopter is a UH-1 II Huey with a crew from the Customs and Border Protection McAllen Air and Marine Branch. According to CBP Public Information Officer Rod Kise, the emergency landing was due to mechanical issues.
No injuries were reported.
