Harlingen Residents Dealing with Sinkholes

HARLINGEN – Some residents in Harlingen are dealing with sinkholes as a result of last week’s heavy rain.
Harlingen Public Relations Officer Irma Garza tells CHANNEL 5 NEWS crews will assess and repair sinkholes found on city property but adds that the private property repair process is different.
She explains property owners will need to contact a structural engineer to assess the situation.
