Proper way to wear protective gloves without spreading germs

MCALLEN - Local doctors recommend regular citizens wear protective gear outside of their homes.
According to the CDC, using personal protection equipment like gloves, can protect yourself against bacteria or viruses, but when you use them the wrong way, experts say they can actually spread germs.
"Whatever you touched the glove is now on your steering wheel, on your keys or wherever you decided to put your glove on," explains Dr. Carlos Cardenas, Chief Administrative Officer at DHR.
Dr. Cardenas says to throw them away after each activity.
