Teen Charged with Burglary after Police Receive Tip from Watch Group
HARLINGEN – A 17-year-old is charged with burglary after police got a tip from a neighborhood watch group.
Albert Lee Rivera is accused of stealing two rifles.
The caller said a stranger was walking out of a neighbor’s home with the weapons.
Investigators say an officer on patrol spotted Rivera shortly after the call and made the arrest.
