EDINBURG – A massive drug-related kidnapping case is set for trial next month in Edinburg.

One trial for 11 suspects.

They were arrested in Hidalgo County back in May.

The Hidalgo County sheriff called the crime the work of a transnational criminal organization at the time.

Investigators say they went after two men in retaliation for a drug theft.

Jury selection is set to begin Nov. 5.
