DPS Troopers Investigating Fatal Crash in Raymondville
RAYMONDVILLE – Department of Public Safety state troopers are investigating a fatal crash that claimed the life of a 69-year-old woman.
It happened around 9:40 p.m. Saturday on Highway 186.
A preliminary investigation shows the driver of a red car was traveling at an unsafe speed, when she lost control on a curve, hitting a palm tree.
The driver was identified as Maria Eliza Mesa of Raymondville.
