Driver Involved in Chase Ending in Crash Has Been on the Run Since 2014

WESLACO – The man who led authorities on a chase that ended in a wreck in Weslaco has been running from the law since 2014.

Precinct 1 Constable’s Office reports that the man who crashed on Expressway 83 after fleeing from them Monday morning was also wanted by the sheriff’s office.

Authorities tell CHANNEL 5 NEWS the driver had five unserved arrest warrants for his arrest from 2010 to 2014.
