BROWNSVILLE – According to a grand jury, all five officers who shot at and ended up killing 21-year-old Ricardo Trevino were justified in doing so.

Back in December, Trevino led officers on a 22 minute car chase through San Benito, where eventually three San Benito officers, including the chief and two deputies from Precinct 5 Constable's Office, used deadly force.

Cameron County District Attorney Luis Saenz explained why the grand jury believed it was justified.
