On April 5, the National Tropical Weather Conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on South Padre Island. Dr. Phil Klotzbach of Colorado State University will release his Seasonal Hurricane Forecast. 

The conference is scheduled to air on 5.2 Somos El Valle from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
