Harlingen, TX - Teens Transform Grief is offered by the Children’s Bereavement Center – Rio Grande Valley at no cost to families. This day camp is for children ages 13-17 who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or other family member (special consideration may be given to siblings age 18).

Teens Transform Grief will be held at the Children’s Bereavement Center at 2302 S. 77 Sunshine Strip, Ste. 202 Harlingen, TX 78550, on March 14, 2019.

Application Process:

Print the Application and Parent Information Sheet and deliver to parents/guardians of potential participants. The Parent Information Sheet is for the parent/guardian to keep when they turn the completed application in to you.Applications may be faxed to 956-734-5335. Please do not send applications by email, because they may contain confidential information.

Once the application is received by CBC-RGV, Center staff will contact parents to conduct a phone interview to determine if Teens Transform Grief is the best fit for the child. We will offer alternative services if they are deemed more appropriate.
