CENTRAL
AUSTIN: Water stained; 83-88 degrees; 0.85 feet low. Black bass are fair on shakyheads, Texas rigs and jigs. Sunfish are fair to good on cut nightcrawlers and dough bait. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and prepared bait.
BASTROP: Water stained; 81-85 degrees. Black bass are good on watermelon soft plastic worms with chartreuse tails. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on cheesebait, shrimp, and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
BELTON: Water stained; 80-84 degrees; 0.53 feet high. Black bass are good on purple/black soft plastic crawdads on the bottom. Hybrid striper are fair on live shad early. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are good on summer sausage, stinkbait, and frozen shad. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines and throwlines baited with live perch.
BROWNWOOD: Water stained; 79-83 degrees; 0.41 feet low. Black bass are fair on Rat-L-Traps and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and Li'l Fishies in 10-15 feet. Channel catfish slow. Blue catfish are excellent on juglines baited with cut perch and shad in 10-12 feet Yellow catfish are good on trotlines baited with perch and goldfish in 8-18 feet.
BUCHANAN: Water stained; 79-83 degrees; 0.09 feet low. Black bass are good on chartreuse topwaters, Texas rigged pumpkinseed worms, and watermelon flukes along secondary points in 10-18 feet. Striped bass are fair on chartreuse Rat-L-Traps, Zara Spooks, and shad colored crankbaits near the dam early and late. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and green tube jigs over brush piles. Channel catfish are good on live bait and shrimp. Yellow and blue catfish are good on juglines and trotlines baited with goldfish and perch.
CANYON LAKE: Water stained; 80-84 degrees; 0.81 feet high. Black bass are fair on watermelon spinnerbaits, soft plastic worms, and crankbaits along banks in 6-14 feet early. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on minnows. Smallmouth bass are good on root beer soft plastics and watermelon topwaters along ledges in 5-15 feet. Crappie are good on minnows over brush piles in 8-12 feet. Channel catfish are slow. Yellow and blue catfish are very good on juglines and trotlines baited with live bait.
COLEMAN: Water stained; 79-83 degrees; 0.61 feet low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and soft plastics. Hybrid striper are fair on live shad. Crappie are fair on minnows over brush piles. Channel catfish are fair on trotlines baited with perch. Yellow catfish are slow.
COLORADO RIVER: (At Colorado Bend State Park) No report available.
FAYETTE: Water stained. Black bass are fair on pumpkinseed soft plastic worms and Rat-L-Traps in 10-22 feet. Channel and blue catfish are good on shrimp and cut bait in 10-20 feet.
GRANBURY: Water stained; 80-84 degrees; 0.07 feet low. Black bass are fair on watermelon soft plastic worms, lizards, and crankbaits. Striped bass are slow. White bass are fair on minnows, slabs, and pet spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows and pink tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait and frozen shrimp
GRANGER: Water stained; 82-86 degrees; 0.45 feet high. Black bass are fair on soft plastic worms and crankbaits. White bass are fair on slabs and spoons on points and shallow roadbeds. Crappie are very good on jigs tipped with Berkley Crappie Nibbles in 6-15 feet. Blue catfish are good on live fresh shad. Yellow catfish are good on live perch.
LBJ: Water stained; 81-85 degrees; 0.74 feet low. Black bass are fair on chartreuse jigs, watermelon topwaters, and green pumpkin Whacky Sticks in 6-18 feet early. White bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are fair on minnows over brush piles in 12 feet. Channel catfish are fair on minnows and shrimp. Yellow and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with live perch.
NAVARRO MILLS: Water stained; 83-87 degrees; 0.29 feet low. Black bass are good on Rat-L-Traps from the fishing dock at the marina. White bass are fair on Little Georges and spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows over brush piles in 9-15 feet early. Channel catfish are fair on stinkbait and shrimp. Blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with perch.
PROCTOR: Water stained; 79-83 degrees; 0.01 feet high. Black bass are fair on watermelon crankbaits and Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are good on silver striper jigs. White bass are good on minnows and Li'l Fishies. Crappie are fair on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines and juglines baited with live bait. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live bait.
SOMERVILLE: Water murky; 81-85 degrees; 8.40 feet high. Black bass are slow. Hybrid striper are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
STILLHOUSE HOLLOW: Water murky; 79-83 degrees; 0.06 feet high. Black bass are good on chartreuse and green pumpkin soft plastics and crankbaits. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows. Channel and blue catfish are good on shrimp and liver. Yellow catfish are slow.
TRAVIS: Water murky; 81-85 degrees; 1.23 feet low. Black bass are good on watermelon soft plastic worms, white grubs, and chartreuse topwaters in 8-18 feet. Striped bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are good on cut bait and stinkbait. Yellow catfish are slow.
WALTER E. LONG: Water stained. Black bass are fair on watermelon spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Hybrid striper are fair on silver striper jigs. White bass are fair on Li'l Fishies. Crappie are fair on minnows and chartreuse tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are fair on stinkbait and shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.
WHITNEY: Water murky; 80-84 degrees; 1.50 feet low. Black bass are fair on Rat-L-Traps. Striped bass are fair on white striper jigs. White bass are fair on Li'l Fishies. Crappie are fair on minnows and blue tube jigs. Catfish are good on stinkbait and shrimp.
NORTHEAST
ATHENS: Water clear; 85-88 degrees; 0.25 feet high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, topwaters and wacky rigged Senkos. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are good on trotlines and shrimp.
BENBROOK: Water stained; 85-89 degrees; 1.39 feet low. Black bass are good on football jigs, medium crankbaits and Texas rigged craws. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. White bass are fair on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
BOB SANDLIN: Water stained; 84-89 degrees; 0.04 feet low. Black bass are fair on flukes, shakyhead worms and topwater walking baits. Crappie are fair on minnows. White bass are good on slabs. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.
BONHAM: Water lightly stained; 85-88 degrees; 0.44 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, swim jigs, and white buzzbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
BRIDGEPORT: Water lightly stained; 84-88 degrees: 0.18 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged worms, squarebill crankbaits and shakyhead worms. Crappie are fair on minnows. White bass are good on slabs and topwaters. Hybrid striper are good on slabs. Catfish are good on trotlines.
CADDO: Water muddy; 85-90 degrees; 1.35 feet high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws, green pumpkin bladed jigs and hollow body frogs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.
CEDAR CREEK: Water lightly stained; 85-89 degrees, 0.32 feet low. Black bass are fair on football jigs, Carolina rigged creature baits and topwaters. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines. White bass are good on slabs. Hybrid striper are good on slabs.
COOPER: Water stained; 86-95 degrees; 0.13 feet low. Black bass are slow on shallow crankbaits, Texas rigged worms and weightless Senkos. Crappie are fair on minnows. Hybrid striper and white bass are fair on slabs.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN: Water lightly stained; 85-88 degrees; 0.31 feet low. Black bass are good on football jigs, shakyhead worms and topwaters. Crappie are good on minnows and white jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
FAIRFIELD: Water lightly stained. Black bass are slow on Texas rigged creatures, bladed jigs and topwater poppers. No report on other species.
FORK: Water lightly stained; 85-89 degrees; 0.26 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, football jigs and Carolina rigged flukes. White and yellow bass are good on slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines and prepared bait.
GRAPEVINE: Water stained; 85-87 degrees; 2.38 feet high. Black bass are fair on squarebill crankbaits, topwaters and Texas rigged craws. White bass and hybrid bass are good on slabs. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

WRIGHT PATMAN: Water stained to muddy; 85-90 degrees; 16.22 feet high. Black bass are slow on Texas rigged creature baits, hollow body frogs and bladed jigs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.
SOUTH
AMISTAD: Water stained; 88-92 degrees; 29.81 feet low. Black bass are good on topwaters, jerkbaits, spinnerbaits, swimbaits, and soft plastics. Striped bass are fair on Red Fins and large topwaters. White bass are fair on crankbaits and small topwaters. Crappie are slow. Catfish are good on cheesebait, shrimp, and nightcrawlers. Yellow catfish are fair on trotlines, droplines, and throwlines on live perch. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
BRAUNIG: Water stained. Black bass are fair on watermelon crankbaits and spinnerbaits near the dam. Striped bass are fair on silver and gold spoons near the dam. Redfish are good on perch and shad near the jetty. Channel and blue catfish are good on shrimp and stinkbait near the hot water discharge. Yellow catfish are slow.
CALAVERAS: Water stained. Black bass are fair on chartreuse/black crankbaits and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are fair on silver striper jigs near the crappie wall. Redfish are good on live bait near the dam. Channel catfish are good on stinkbait and shad near the railroad trestle. Blue catfish are fair on live bait and cut bait. Yellow catfish are slow.
CHOKE CANYON: Water stained; 84-88 degrees; 14.85 feet low. Black bass are good on black/blue crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and topwaters. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on cut bait and shrimp. Yellow catfish are good on juglines baited with live bait.
COLETO CREEK: Water stained; 80 degrees in the main lake, 102 degrees at the hot water discharge, 87-91 degrees in main lake; 0.93 feet low. Black bass are fair on pumpkinseed soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits in 4-12 feet. White bass are fair on white tube jigs. Crappie are slow. Channel and blue catfish are fair on shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow.
CORPUS CHRISTI LAKE: Water off color; 79-86 degrees; 0.18 feet low. Black bass are good on Texas rigs, Carolina rigs and medium diving crankbaits. White bass are fair to good on live shad and slabs. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and live or dead shad.
FALCON: Water stained; 88-92 degrees; 32.59 feet low. Black bass are good on watermelon and June bug jigs in 8-12 feet. Striped bass are slow. Crappie are good on minnows and green tube jigs. Channel and blue catfish are good on cut bait and frozen shrimp. Yellow catfish are slow. Everyone in a boat must have a Mexico fishing license (if fishing the Mexico side) whether fishing or not.
TEXANA: Water stained; 79-86 degrees; 1.24 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on Texas rigs and squarebill crankbaits. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
SOUTHEAST
CONROE: Water stained; 83-87 degrees; 0.46 feet low. Black bass are good on chartreuse soft plastics, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are fair on white striper jigs. Crappie are good on minnows and green tube jigs over brush piles. Catfish are good on stinkbait and prepared bait.
GIBBONS CREEK: Water stained. Black bass are fair on chartreuse soft plastic worms, Rat-L-Traps, and crankbaits. Crappie are good on minnows and pink tube jigs. Catfish are good on nightcrawlers, cut bait, and shrimp.
HOUSTON COUNTY: Water stained; 86-90 degrees; 0.01 feet high. Black bass to 6 pounds are good on topwaters and shallow diving crankbaits near sandy flats. Smallmouth bass are slow. White bass are slow. Crappie are fair on minnows off lighted docks at night. Bream are good on live worms. Channel and blue catfish to 4 pounds are good on shad and perch. Yellow catfish are slow.
LIVINGSTON: Water murky; 84-88 degrees; 0.21 feet high. Black bass are good on crankbaits. Striped bass are good but small on slabs, troll tubes, and pet spoons. White bass are good on pet spoons, troll tubes, and slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Blue catfish are good on shad. Yellow catfish are slow.
SAM RAYBURN: Water stained; 85-89 degrees; 0.03 feet high. Black bass are fair on slabs, spinnerbaits, and watermelon soft plastic worms and lizards. White bass are fair on minnows. Crappie are good on minnows and white tube jigs over brush piles. Bream are fair on nightcrawlers. Catfish are very good on trotlines baited with live bait.
STEINHAGEN: 9.47 feet low. No report available.
TOLEDO BEND: Water murky; 84-88 degrees; 2.40 feet low. Black bass are good on chartreuse soft plastics, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits. Striped bass are fair on chartreuse striper jigs. White bass are fair on minnows and Li'l Fishies. Crappie are good on minnows and white tube jigs over baited holes. Bream are good on crickets. Channel and blue catfish are good on trotlines baited with shrimp and stinkbait in 20-30 feet. Yellow catfish are slow.
PANHANDLE
GREENBELT: Water off color; 78-85 degrees; 35.60 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair on split shot rigged live minnows. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
MACKENZIE: Water stained; 76-84 degrees; 78.84 feet low. Black bass are fair on shallow running crankbaits, Texas rigged 7-inch Power Worms and shakyheads. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.
MEREDITH: Water fairly clear; 77-85 degrees; 46.94 feet low. Black bass are fair on topwaters early, Texas rigs and shakyheads. No reports on smallmouth bass. There are a few reports of walleye being caught on live bait and artificials. Bream are fair to good on cut nightcrawlers and kernel corn. Channel catfish are good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.
WEST
ALAN HENRY: Water clear main lake and 84 degrees, stained up the river and 86 degrees; 1.93 feet low. Black bass are good on small TRDs and 10-inch Power Worms. Crappie are fair at night on minnows. Catfish are fair on minnows and juglines with cut bait.
ARROWHEAD: Water stained; 78-85 degrees; 0.70 feet low. Black bass are fair on topwaters early, Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs. Catfish are fair to good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.
COLORADO CITY: Water stained; 78-84 degrees; 11.63 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on Texas rigs, jigs and chatterbaits. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers and cut bait.
FORT PHANTOM HILL: Water stained; 77-86 degrees; 0.07 feet high. Black bass are fair to good on medium running shad pattern crankbaits, Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows and jigs around deeper structure. Catfish are fair on cut shad and nightcrawlers.
HUBBARD CREEK: Water stained; 78-87 degrees; 0.10 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on Texas rigs, shakyheads and Carolina rigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows and jigs around deeper structure. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers, live and cut shad.
NASWORTHY: Water stained; 74-83 degrees; 0.93 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on Texas rigs, shakyheads and pumpkinseed jigs. Crappie are fair on jigs and live minnows. Catfish are fair on large crappie minnows and nightcrawlers.
OAK CREEK: Water stained; 76-85 degrees; 0.22 feet low. Black bass are fair on topwaters early and late, midday switching to Texas rigs and shakyheads. Crappie are fair on split shot rigged live minnows. Catfish are fair on nightcrawlers, live and cut shad.
O.H. IVIE: Water stained; 77-85 degrees; 7.53 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on Bandit 200s, Texas rigs and jigs. Crappie are fair on live minnows. Catfish are fair on cut and live shad.
POSSUM KINGDOM: Water fairly clear; 78-88 degrees; 0.12 feet high. Black bass are fair on drop shot rigs, Carolina rigs and DT 10s. Crappie are fair to good on split shot rigged live minnows and jigs around deeper structure. White bass are fair to good on tail spinners and live shad. Striped bass are fair to good on live shad and Sassy Shad. Catfish are good on live or dead shad and nightcrawlers.
SPENCE: Water off color; 77-85 degrees; 33.47 feet low. Black bass are fair to good on Texas rigs, shakyheads and split shot rigged Ring Fries. Crappie are fair to good on live minnows. Catfish are good on cut bait and nightcrawlers.
STAMFORD: Water stained to murky; 76-85 degrees; 0.39 feet high. Black bass are slow to fair on shakyheads, Carolina rigged Ring Worms and jigs. Crappie are fair on split rigged live minnows and jigs. White bass are fair on slabs and live shad. Blue catfish are fair on cut and live bait.
SWEETWATER: Water stained; 75-84 degrees; 0.02 feet low. This lake is currently experiencing a fish kill due to golden alga. Biologists are monitoring the situation and will post updates as they become available. Fish populations have been substantially reduced by the golden alga blooms.
WHITE RIVER: Water stained; 77-86 degrees; 20.05 feet low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigs, chatterbaits and spoons. Crappie are fair on split shot rigged live minnows. Catfish are fair to good on prepared bait.
COASTAL
NORTH SABINE: Trout are fair to good in the middle of the lake over rafts of shad. Redfish are fair on jigs tipped with shrimp around marsh drains. Trout are good under birds.
SOUTH SABINE: Sheepshead and black drum are good at the jetty on live shrimp. Trout are fair to good around Lighthouse Cove and around the jetty rocks on topwaters. Redfish are fair to good in the marsh on topwaters.
BOLIVAR: Trout are fair to good on the south shoreline on soft plastics and plugs. Black drum and redfish are good at Rollover Pass.
TRINITY BAY: Trout are good for drifters working shell pads and deep reefs on Gamblers, Lil Johns and Bass Assassins. Redfish and trout are fair to good at the spillway on shrimp.
EAST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are fair on the south shoreline on topwaters and soft plastics. Whiting and sand trout are good on the edge of the Intracoastal on fresh shrimp. Trout are good on mid-bay reefs on plastics and croakers.
WEST GALVESTON BAY: Trout are fair to good for drifters working shell on live shrimp. Trout, sheepshead, redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on shrimp. Tarpon are showing on the beachfront. Kingfish, ling, red snapper and sharks are good offshore.
TEXAS CITY: Trout are fair on the channel reefs on croakers. Sand trout are fair on fresh shrimp off the piers.
FREEPORT: Sand trout and sheepshead are good on live shrimp on the reefs. Trout and sand trout are good at the jetties on shrimp and DOA Shrimp. Kingfish, red snapper and ling are good offshore around shrimp boats. Trout are good in the surf.
EAST MATAGORDA BAY: Trout are fair to good for drifters on live shrimp over humps and scattered shell. Redfish are fair along the north shoreline while wading with croakers.
WEST MATAGORDA BAY: Redfish are fair to good on the edge of Oyster Lake on shrimp and crabs. Trout are fair on sand and grass on soft plastics and croakers. Trout are good in the surf.
PORT O'CONNOR: Trout and redfish are good on topwaters over soft mud in waist-deep water in San Antonio Bay. Trout and redfish are fair at the mouths of bayous on the outgoing tide. Trout and bull redfish are good at the jetty on shrimp. Trout are good in the surf.
ROCKPORT: Trout are fair on free-lined shrimp in the deep channels. Trout are fair over grass while drifting with live shrimp. Redfish are good in the holes around Estes Flats on piggy perch and mullet.
PORT ARANSAS: Redfish are fair to good at East Flats on shrimp. Redfish and sheepshead are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp. Trout are good in the surf. Offshore is good for sharks, red snapper, ling and kingfish.
CORPUS CHRISTI: Trout are fair to good on the edge of the spoils on Gulps and live shrimp. Trout are fair on the drop-offs on croakers. Redfish are good in the guts on the outgoing tide.
BAFFIN BAY: Trout are good while wading in mud and grass on Gamblers, Bass Assassins and topwaters. Trout are fair to good in the Land Cut on live shrimp. Trout are fair to good while drifting with topwaters at Rocky Slough.
PORT MANSFIELD: Trout are good on topwaters and soft plastics under corks around sand and grass. Redfish are fair to good while drifting pot holes and sand flats on live shrimp.
SOUTH PADRE: Trout are fair to good around the spoil islands, channel edges and color changes on DOA Shrimp. Trout and Spanish mackerel are fair to good at the jetty on live bait.
PORT ISABEL: Snook are fair to good in South Bay while wading with plastics. Trout and redfish are fair to good at Gas Well Flats on live shrimp. Red snapper and ling are good offshore.
