Valley Residents Take Part in Women's March

BROWNSVILLE--People around the country and world are taking part in the Women's March movement.

The march is for women's rights and to protest the Trump Administration. So far, the Trump administration has not officially commented on the march.

Rio Grande Valley residents took part in a march in Brownsville. It took place in Linear Park by the Federal courthouse.

People chanted in both English and Spanish, saying things like "this is what democracy looks like" and "no hate, no fear, everyone is welcome here."
