EDINBURG - It was a double dose of victories for the UT-RGV basketball programs on the opening night of WAC league play.  The women used a strong second half to stop Chicago State in Edinburg. The men got their win over the Cougars in the Windy City.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva has the details.
