Progreso Police Officer Faces Additional Charges as More Victims Come Forward
PROGRESO – A Progreso police officer turned himself in to authorities Thursday.
Mathew Sepulveda was charged with an additional charge of oppression, one additional charge of sexual assault and one additional charge of civil rights violation of a person in custody.
According to the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office, through the course of the initial investigation, authorities located two additional victims.
