ELSA - District titles have been hard to come by for the Edcouch-Elsa baseball program.  The last district championship came in 1998.  That is, until this season.  The Yellow Jackets are celebrating both their third straight playoff appearance and, wait for it, a finish on top of the 32-5A standings.  CHANNEL 5's Joel Villanueva reports.
