CON MI GENTE: Valley Students Rally for Climate Change Awareness
PHARR - Millions of young students from 150 countries marched in the streets to demand action on climate change.
Among them, 200 from one Rio Grande Valley school district.
They carry the signs with their message, and their message is they are worried about the state of our environment.
They're elementary and high school students and their teachers from Pharr-San Juan-Alamo schools.
Their destination is a small placita next to Pharr City Hall.
It's a movement involving young people from around the world.
