Deadline Passes for Former La Joya School Board Member to Surrender to US Marshals

WESLACO – The deadline came and went for a former school board member to turn himself into the U.S. Marshals Service.

Juan Jose “J.J.” Garza served in several positions including executive director at the La Joya Housing Authority and board member for La Joya Independent School District.
