BROWNSVILLE – A fatal single-vehicle accident in Brownsville is under investigation.

The crash happened before 1 a.m. Monday on FM 1732 east of Campo Real Circle.

According to the Department of Public Safety, the motorcycle drove out of the roadway and struck a guardrail.

The driver, identified as 47-year-old Manuel Jaime De La Garza, was pronounced dead at the scene.
