HARLINGEN – Harlingen police are looking for a man accused of robbing a store with a kitchen knife.

The robbery happened Tuesday at a store located on the 2400 block of Loop 499.

Surveillance video shows the suspect covered his face with a green towel and grabbed some items.

He then walked to the counter and demanded money before running out with the merchandise.

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male in his 40s and is 5 feet 4 inches tall. He was wearing a bandana, grey t-shirt with a U.S. flag, khaki shorts, black sneakers and a black wristwatch.
