MCALLEN – A Hidalgo County court bailiff pled not guilty this week to federal charges against him.

Oscar De La Cruz was charged earlier this month with forging a federal magistrate’s signature.

That was an added charge to his case for being part of a conspiracy to distribute cocaine.
