FALFURRIAS – A human smuggling attempt was put to a stop at the Falfurrias checkpoint.

Agents at the checkpoint found ten people in the U.S. illegally, hidden inside a tractor-trailer on Tuesday.

The people are believed to be from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

The driver was arrested.
