PENITAS – The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency is working to help those in need with electricity bill payments.

The agency will be at the Penitas Public Library Monday, Dec. 17 through Thursday, Dec. 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The library is located at 1111 South Main Street in Penitas.

Those looking for assistance must turn in an application with proof of income, a current electric bill and proof of citizenship or residency.
