Meeting over Potential Closures of 3 Brownsville Schools Cancelled
BROWNSVILLE – A meeting to determine the future of three Brownsville schools was cancelled.
Parents and school leaders were set to discuss what will happen with students.
Victoria Heights, Longoria and Resaca elementary schools could potentially close.
The district cities low enrollment, maintenance costs, funding, a decrease in population and when the schools were built.
