BROWNSVILLE - The high school soccer playoffs are underway.  Brownsville ISD established a milestone by putting all six of the city's soccer teams, boys and girls, into the post-season at one time.  The boys from Rivera were the first to carry the Brownsville flag in a Thursday match-up with PSJA North.
