The man accused of stabbing another man multiple times in Palmview has been arrested.

The Palmview Police Department arrested Heriberto Cazares on Friday night in McAllen following a tip about his whereabouts.

As previously reported, a man was found with multiple stab wounds to the torso and taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Police said Cazares and the victim knew each other, but a motive for the stabbing is not yet known.
