DONNA – A Donna man says the rent on his Section 8 housing keeps rising.

Nicolas Muniz says when he moved into his place in 2012, he was under the impression he was going to pay a certain rate. By this year, he was to pay $180 a month. 

After several complaints to his case manager last month, he still doesn’t have answers.

KRGV’s Frank McCaffrey has more on how Munoz's Donna Housing Authority caseworker is willing to help him out.
