Body Found in Starr Co., Investigation Underway

RIO GRANDE CITY – Law enforcement in Starr County are investigating the discovery of a body on an empty ranch.

Police say the human remains were found Friday afternoon on public land off of U.S. 83.

We’re told a pair of boots, a charger and an empty plastic bag were also found lying next to the body.
