Construction Worker Falls 12 Feet Deep into Water Well in La Villa

LA VILLA – A construction worker was hospitalized after falling into an empty water well area.
It happened at a work site in La Villa Monday afternoon.
We’re told the 53-year-old man fell 12 feet into the water well and wasn’t wearing a required protective harness at the time.
He suffered a broken leg.
