Expressway Reopens after Fatal 3-Vehicle Crash in Alamo Prompts Closure
ALAMO – Traffic is now flowing on westbound Expressway 83 in the mid-Valley after a deadly crash Thursday morning.
The shutdown lasting three hours with traffic diverted to Frontage Road; stretching from Tower Road in Alamo into Donna near Hutto Road.
One person died in the three-vehicle crash. State troopers and Alamo police responded to the scene.
