Netspend Customer Waiting for Paycheck 7 Months Later

DONNA – A Rio Grande Valley man is still waiting for a paycheck he should have received seven months ago.
Antonio Ramos works for an oil field service. He used a NetSpend Visa card to receive his paychecks because he was told it would be faster.
"I work for it. That’s one week's work. That’s me being out there in the sun pressure washing… I mean, risking my life, you know? The oil field is a risky business," he says.
KRGV’s John Paul Barajas reached out to NetSpend to find answers. They said they would look into the matter.
Within four hours, Ramos called CHANNEL 5 NEWS back with some good news.
