No Refusal Law Will be Enforced during Fourth of July Holiday

BROWNSVILLE – A law put in place three years ago in Cameron County is making an impact.
Officials say the No Refusal law has resulted in the arrest of 3,000 people suspected of driving under the influence.
During the Fourth of July holiday judges will be working to issue orders for blood draws if a breathalyzer is refused.
