Valley Law Enforcement Congregate to Remember Fallen Officers
WESLACO – A special ceremony was held Thursday morning in honor of six Hidalgo County sheriff’s deputies killed in the line of duty.
Hidalgo County Sheriff Eddie Guerra, state and federal law enforcement were in attendance at the Fallen Officer Memorial.
Guerra explained the public needs to remember the men and women are not just wearing uniforms, they’re putting their lives on the line and helping the community stay safe.
