Valley Man Unpaid after Completing Job
EDINBURG – A Rio Grande Valley man was put in a financial predicament after he failed to receive payments for a completed job.
Enrique Martinez works for Valley Metro Security. He says he’s been trying to get paid for nearly two months.
He was assigned to patrol the border in Del Rio.
“I've had no issues with them whatsoever, just barely until this last time when I was working at Del Rio, Texas. They've been falling behind on a lot of checks,” says Martinez.
KRGV’s Carolina Cruz spoke with the vice president of the company.
She says the cash-sending service mistakenly flagged the payments as fraudulent transactions.
