Animal Shelter Looking to Home 100 at Risk Dogs
EDINBURG - Palm Valley Animal Society says they are over capacity.
Saturday, in an online post, they said more than 100 dogs are at risk of euthanasia.
They say they are in urgent need of foster homes or adopting families.
Shelter officials are waving all adoption fees this weekend, and are extending hours at both locations.
Sunday, the shelters will be open from 11am to 7pm.
Adoptions include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, a microchip and 30 days of pet insurance.
