MCALLEN – A former McAllen police officer is now on the wrong side of the law.

Police arrested and arraigned former officer Dulce Jasmine Villalobos Tuesday morning.

Joel Morales, public information officer for the McAllen Police Department, says Villalobos is charged with tampering with physical evidence.
