LASARA – A Lasara man says trash continues to pile up on the curb after he cleans his street.

Billy Mendoza says it becomes an even bigger issue when it rains. He says trash and debris get washed to the side of the curb and turns into a muddy mess.

Mendoza tells us he wants to see the county take a proactive choice.
