BROWNSVILLE – The trial of a Brownsville man accused in a deadly auto-pedestrian accident is set.

Gustavo Munoz, 72, pled not guilty to two counts of manslaughter.

He’s accused of killing 29-year-old Janet Jimenez and her 2-year-old son last year.

Munoz's trial is set for Aug. 20.
