MCALLEN--A runoff will be held for McAllen City Commissioner District 1.
     None of the candidates secured the majority needed for a win in Saturday's election.
     Tim Wilkins got 472 votes. Javier Villalobos got 505 votes.  Joseph Caporusso got 375 votes.
     The date of the runoff between Tim Wilkins and Javier Villalobos will be determined at a later date.
