Reverse Osmosis System to Serve as Backup Water Supply in Raymondville
RAYMONDVILLE – The city of Raymondville will be using a reverse osmosis water system to prevent issues with a potential drought.
A drought almost caused the Delta Lake Reservoir to run dry back in 2013.
The new system will cost $1.4 million. It will filter ground water into clean drinking water.
The system will run as a backup water supply.
