San Juan to launch amnesty program for people with outstanding warrants
SAN JUAN – If you own money for a traffic ticket in San Juan, the city is giving you a break. They’re offering an amnesty period.
It starts next Monday, Fed. 3 and runs through Apr. 24. During this time, all failure to appear fines will be waived.
