EDINBURG - The Vaqueros were able to rally for a women's basketball victory on the home floor Thursday night.  On Saturday, it was a different story.  This time UT-RGV held the lead, and couldn't hang on against Seattle.  CHANNEL 5's Brandon Ortega reports.
