Sheriff's Office Busts 8 Liner Raid Arcade
EDINBURG - Half a dozen people could soon face charges for their alleged involvement in the operation of an illegal eight liner arcade. The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office arrested the six when they executed a search warrant at the arcade near Brushline Road and F-M 2812 in rural Edinburg.
Pictures posted on Twitter by the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office show a steel-frame building in rural Edinburg. A sign for a tire shop hangs on the exterior of the building. Pictures show the interior of the building full of patrons who were inside the arcade when authorities arrived.
