RIO GRANDE CITY- Two men are facing drug charges in connection to a raid in Starr County.

It happened Friday on Elizabeth Street. 

Authorities seized marijuana and several THC vaping cartridges at the scene.

They say the drugs were bought in California, then brought down to the valley.

24-year-old Cesar Alanis and 68-year-old Jesus Alanis are charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
