Brownsville FEMA testing site moving to Harlingen

The FEMA testing site in Brownsville is moving to the Harlingen Sports Park starting Wednesday, Feb. 23.

The county's emergency management coordinator says fewer than 20 people showed up for a test this past Saturday.

When the site first opened, it was seeing more than 600 people per day.
