Collapsed power line sparks large grass fire in Santa Rosa

High winds made it hard to contain a brush fire in Santa Rosa.
Fire crews from La Feria, Santa Rosa and Mercedes responded to the large fire Wednesday that threatened homes off of Jesus Avila Avenue and Rabb Road.
A fire official said the grass fire started with a collapsed fire line.
No homes were damaged, and crews are keeping an eye on the scene for any hot spots that could light up again due to the high winds.
