Community Service Agency to Move Disaster Relief Operation to La Villa

LA VILLA – Help is on the way for La Villa residents left devastated by recent flooding.
The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency will move its Disaster Relief Operation to the city Friday.
City manager, Arnie Amaro, says a little help will go a long way.
“Most things even though they are replaceable unfortunately there is a monetary value that comes with that-- that requires money as well it's hard to replace those things overnight,” says Amaro.
CSA staff will be at La Villa Event Center weekdays through Wednesday, July 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Applicants must bring a photo ID, proof of income, pictures of damage, and a utility bill from the damaged home.
