Edinburg hold groundbreaking of new hike and park trail

Edinburg city officials broke ground on the Chapin Pond Park Hike & Bike Trail.

The park, located on the corner of Jackson Road and Chapin Street, will cost $600,000.

The funding is provided by a grant from the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.
